Hosting and content delivery network

This website is hosted by an external service provider (Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster’s servers. This may include, but is not limited to, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contractual data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider.

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent that this is necessary for the fulfillment of its service obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.

We have concluded a contract with our hoster for data protection-compliant processing.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Inquiry by telephone or contact form

If you contact us by phone or our contact form, your inquiry including all personal data resulting from it (name, telephone number if applicable, e-mail address and the content of your inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on the performance of a contract, if your request is related to a contract, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, if this is necessary to respond to your request. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.

Google Analytics

Cookies are used on our website to collect an anonymous analysis of the usage behavior of website visitors. Therefore, when you visit our website, we ask you to consent to the collection of this data by cookies. Google Analytics by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (“Google”) is used on our website. Google uses “cookies” (text files) in its service, which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your surfing behavior when visiting the website. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyze a user’s activities across devices. The information generated by the cookies (e.g. time, location and frequency of website visits including IP address, length of stay, operating systems used and origin of the user) is transferred to Google in the USA and stored there. We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

Using the cookie banner on our website, you can reject and deactivate tracking (see item “List of cookies used” and “Manage cookie settings” of this privacy policy).

You can also prevent the collection and processing of your data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

The use of this analysis tool is based on your declared consent, which can be revoked at any time.

The user identification data (e.g. user ID) sent by us and linked to the cookies are automatically deleted after two years. We have concluded an order data processing contract with Google.

Further information on data protection and Google’s terms of use can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de.

This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. Provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (“Google”).With the help of Google conversion tracking, Google and we can recognize whether the user has performed certain actions. For example, we can evaluate which buttons on our website were clicked how often and which products were viewed or purchased particularly frequently. This information is used to create conversion statistics. We learn the total number of users who clicked on our ads and what actions they took. We do not receive any information with which we can personally identify the user. Google itself uses cookies or comparable recognition technologies for identification. The use of Google conversion tracking is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DS-GVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize its website. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g., consent to store cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a DS-GVO; the consent can be revoked at any time. More information on Google conversion tracking can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
